Boomers Leading Change in Health has assembled a group of Strategic Partners from across the community that are dedicated to helping us advance our mission. These partners represent the best of the best in their fields and have worked with us to create the orientation, screening, training, and evaluation tools that will enable and empower our volunteers to make meaningful contributions throughout the community:
In addition to our Strategic Partners, Boomers Leading Change in Health works with a cadre of local Community Partners that assist us with the recruitment, matching, and deployment of our volunteers:
We also work with other community groups that provide us with additional opportunities for outreach, education, and volunteer recruitment:
Boomers Leading Change in Health would not be possible without the generous financial support of our benefactors:
Boomers Leading Change in Health is part of a larger, national movement—the Community Experience Partnership Community Solutions Program—created to provide Adults 50+ with meaningful volunteer opportunities that will enable and empower them to affect significant social change in nine local communities across the United States. Here in Denver, our focus is on health and healthcare—but our partners across the country are focusing on other important issues, like homelessness, literacy, access to healthy foods in under-served neighborhoods, at-risk youth, and the environment.
