Boomers Leading Change in Health

The issue of healthcare can be both overwhelming and confusing, even under the best of circumstances—especially these days. Boomers Leading Change in Health is a ground-breaking, grassroots volunteer effort dedicated to improving the health—and access to healthcare—of individuals and families across the Metro Denver area by harnessing the experience, energy, and conviction of Adults 50+ as volunteers.

By focusing on this one issue and offering Baby Boomers the training and resources necessary to make a difference, we can create measurable and remarkable change—together. All without having a single sit-in.

Boomers Leading Change in Health is currently recruiting Adults 50 and over to serve as AmeriCorps Encore Members. Members will receive a monthly living allowance and, upon completion of their service, an Education Award. For more information, please contact Austin George at 303-4BOOMER.

Celebrate the upside of aging with Boomers Leading Change in Health at BOOM! Saturday, October 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Inverness Hotel & Conference Center in Englewood, CO.  It'll be a special day devoted to helping Adults 50 and over think about their "what's next."  For more information, please click here.  To register to attend, please click here.
